Have you checked out the UK’s ad campaign, “This Girl Can”?  I think you’ll love it…and what a great complement to my recent “Thigh Gap and the Athletic Woman” post!

It’s women doing all sorts of active things and showing us that you can be active in all sorts of shapes and sizes – jiggly bits and all!

According to their website (http://www.thisgirlcan.co.uk), this Girl Can is a national campaign developed by Sport England and a wide range of partnership organisations. It’s a celebration of active women up and down the country who are doing their thing no matter how well they do it, how they look or even how red their face gets.
